The Eurosuper poker tournament at the Torrequebrada casino on the weekend of the 21st of November has changed it's start day from the Friday to the Saturday, making the Friday night a €100 satellite with a €50 rebuy to Saturday's main event.
We are holding our last Torrequebrada satellite final on Thursday the 20th, a €50 + 5 + €25 add on with at least one €600 seat guaranteed.You can qualify for this event on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday of this week & next.
Earlier in the year we held a Las Vegas Tournament with the prize being a weeks all inclusive trip to the poker capital of the world, well Big Al and i are off next week so there will be no newsletter for the next couple of weeks, so this weeks advertised schedule will apply until Monday the 24th.
Last week
Sunday afternoon was Anette's turn to win the Wednesday night seat.
Monday was the first of our Torrequebrada satellite finals and I'm proud to say that i won, with the Blackwidow Jo in a close run second.
Tuesday was to be my night yet again, and with a €500 guarantee on offer it was no surprise to see a full house again turn up to see Alora Mark a close second and Gregory Peck in third place.
On Wednesday Anette put her freebie to good use as she scooped up the pot in the Fun Fish freezeout tournament, which attracted 2 new members and saw Laurie Driver take second prize and new member Dani take home third.well done guys !
Thursday Pat Hat Trick was 1st and Tasty Ted 2nd in what i think is the best game of the week, our 50,000 chip €25 deep stack tournament.
The lead went backwards and forwards but it was Pat, playing his usual tight game that was to prove him the worthy winner.
Thank you to Catwoman Jane for running the bar last week in Lilly's absence, and I'm pleased to say that Jane will be dishing up some Pukka pies this week as well as your favorite hot dogs, please order at the start of the last level before the break, thank you.
